Our beautifully landscaped buildings, on tree-lined streets, are surrounded primarily by one and two family homes. Kings Village Corp. was established in 1985, consists of five buildings located at 1270 East 51st Street, 1275 East 51st Street, 1199 East 53rd Street, 1200 East 53rd Street, and 1165 East 54th Street, and is comprised of 775 apartments – studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three bedroom, in a variety of configurations. The majority of our apartments are owned and occupied by shareholders.

Our co-op is maintained by a terrific staff of superintendents, and porters, and is managed by American Heritage Management Corp. We are proud of our luxury buildings, each of which is staffed by a doorman and a security guard (part-time). Each building offers -ADA-approved access ramps, brand new elevator mechanisms and cabs, laundry facilities on the lobby level, video security system, parking spaces and storage lockers are available at an additional cost.
